If nilborg can see something and no one else can, is there a pull function from the server that nil has permissions to and we don’t? Test with someone else that has dev permissions on server maybe?

This is an issue where Green works and Blue doesn't. Replacing eqclient.txt and having the client regenerate it does not fix it. Swapping TRUE/FALSE values in eqclient.txt doesn't do anything. Changing Luclin textures, adding LoadArmor lines, etc does nothing. There is no difference between the files the client loads or the Logs/dbg.txt output in either case.
If anyone wants to test you can just run to EC tunnel on Blue and there will always be someone there who should have Velious armor/helm loaded but doesn't. It might be interesting if Nilbog would backup his eqclient.txt, delete the file, and then start the client and see if the textures are missing on blue. Also, does this work for anyone on blue? I hadn't checked that yet but determining if some players see the textures would point to a client difference outside of staff/GMs. | ||
