best drug for EQ is 8 balls of cocaine and a streetwalker hired to watch for raid spawns while u sleep. Bonus points if she brings her own crack.

I dont know about best, but the worst drug is pot. These guys get high and become worthless sacks of shit

It's great for just vibing in EC or doing a mindless camp. But for raid mobs definitely Crack or one of its variants. Bath salts work in a pinch
