This could be true that, in a RED state, with RED legislatures in charge of voting implementation, widespread voter fraud was overseen by RED organizers and either overlooked or implemented WIDESPREAD VOTER FRAUD FOR BIDEN (laptop hurr durr).

By what quality are those votes necessarily fraudulent?

Could be many reasons why, but that's a lot of potential fraud. Not saying it's fraud yet, but the lack of cooperation from county election officials certainly doesn't build confidence. Seems like they are trying to hide something.

I don't think the goal of these audits is to overturn 2020. They give justification for election integrity laws and Voter ID.

That's why you see Texas Democrats flying to Washington on private jets with cases of Miller Lite screaming racism and singing We Shall Overcome" during cringy press conferences. They are trying to create an emotional narrative to counter raw data.

It's fraud solely because the states (illegally?) modified their election laws. Any other answer is embellishment.
