I don’t think banning for relentless staff bashing is unreasonable. Lots of people put tons of their own volunteer time into this project. If I were them I wouldn’t have much patience for a neck beard bashing me or my server either; don’t like it, go play somewhere else

That's a valid reason. That or a threat to the players or staff.
