Also if ur going to physically hurt someone's character with a ban over like a +5 MR cloak. U shouldn't be a free person with access to the internet. Thats some next level psychotic behavior that requires public safety specialists to be involved supervising u.

in the past, GMs have stated 15 minutes afk forfeits
this occurred during player run CoS list back in Nov

I’d give someone a few mins. But in my final msg I would say something to the extent of “if you come back from AFK you can have camp back.”
