Happened to me while leveling my Iksar necro on green, fell over in pit fighting a scorpion, popped up with full hp, though I may have had druid buffs I'm not sure! I thought.. maybe.. I was the chosen one.

Would be funny if this wasn't true at all & people were out their killing themselves testing it.
