He doesn't even know why he's defending the changes. There are just certain types of people who default to authority and like to repeat talking points that other people have said before. Since classic wow, there are tons of people who see someone else say "you can't have vanilla wow" and take that response and copy paste it into eq because they like having mental shortcuts and can't think for themselves.

I didn't say there was a high demand for Planes of Power. I said that it was my opinion that if you applied the same resources, i.e. bug hunting and GM enforcement of single-box and Play Nice policies, you could unseat P99 as the population leader.


Also I would point out that for all the hate that PoK gets as the "omg TBC flying mounts ruined the game" of EQ, everyone who could just bound themselves at firepots while smugly thumbing their noses at Dial a Port.
