What did the patch do? I couldn't find anything on patch history wiki.

It rooted all NToV dragons, so now instead of pulling them to the zone-in to kill them, the raid force must crawl and kill many pathers along the way, that have fast respawns, making it very difficult for 30-40 people.

It really isn't appropriate to ask for dev-level access to the server you play on. Guide applications are open if you're willing to quit.

ToV is fine btw (they even patched it for Red). We just don't have enough cooperating players to clear it.

Blue has all kinds of agreements to share content if you would like.

You seem confused. Your guildmate suggested NToV not dying is some kind of negligence inflicted by the developers on Red. It's not; the current playerbase of Red isn't motivated or big enough to kill NToV and that's fine. Demanding that the developers make the content easier for you instead is pretty childish.

It would but there will be a decent population on the server to play with . It’s a pvp server if you want someone to hold your hand play blue
