well this is an interesting grey area. in one part, the quest was in sense begging of kunark*apprently* but was just bugged, on the other part, it was bugged, so wasnt really available till chardok revamp?

It's not that far out of line. Ebon Mace is one more damage for 2 more delay and no proc, and it drops in Seb off a level 53? mob, with no quest and no faction requirements.

It's also worse than the SK epic in nearly every way, and that's a Kunark era weapon.

Don't get me wrong, I want one, and will quest it if able, but that's just cause I want to say I've done it.

It can also be solo'd except for Drusilla. Unlike the epic which requires much more difficult targets.

Sure, not saying it should be as good as the epic, just showing and example of a Kunark era weapon that is a little worse than greenmist and a Kunark era weapon that is better than the greenmist... thus showing it is not out of line for a Kunark era weapon.
