You act as if the name change was our choice. Every single name change we've had has been the result of other guilds crying about our name because they "can't /who it" despite them all absolutely knowing how to /who it.

As for the less with less, not sure how the narrative got started, but pretty sure our average raid size is about 1/4 Riot's, and we've gotten far more loot on a per capita basis since our formation than any other guild on the server.

Everyone makes mistakes. Riot has wiped to Vindi multiple times lately and an trained themselves on the last two Dozes from what I hear. Both of us tracker FTE'd the most recent Trak. Shit happens. We fucked up 1 ring war by jumping the gun and not having enough numbers, and now a second because the person handling turn ins misunderstood to event time frame. It happens. We've also completed multiple low number ring wars, so its not like we haven't proven we can do it.

Yup. Server has only been around for 10 years. EQ for 20. But you don't have one person in guild that knows the damn timers.

Riot recently had a member use their CoR on a race up event, which has been banned from races for like 5 years. You're telling me not a single member in their guild that makes up like half the raiders on this server didn't know that? No. What happened was that player made a mistake and forgot the rules - we understood, asked for rule clarification, and dropped the issue as an honest mistake. We gave Riot the benefit of the doubt - interesting how that favor is never returned.

Collective punishment is not working at the current level. Either we need to be harsher on particular offenders or just have a serverwide ban on the raiding.
