Won't really need a weapon as a Necromancer. Your pet should be meleeing and you DoTing and nuking

Wont be needing it now for sure. Couldn't even have an hour of fun today without assholes in the newbie zone.

Min maxers can't understand that when you are oom and no gear, it kinda helps to have a basic weapon better than the starting dagger.

Not sure what you mean? What assholes are you talking about?

There are damage caps depending on your level anyway, so you could have the best weapon a Nec can use in the game and you wouldn't be able to take full advantage of it. For casters, as far as gear goes, you're better off finding things that give +INT or +Mana in your hands. Sometimes that might end up being some sort of weapon, but often not. For instance, one of my casters has no weapons.
