For me I also found that this was a Firewall issue. I disabled my firewall and was able to get the full list of servers as normal.

There was indeed a Windows update last night, and when trying to log in multiple times I had seen both the empty server list and the list of locked servers - the Green server is hiding among them.
Based on the previous comments about the firewall, I manually added eqgame.exe to the allowed list and was able to log in an play. I do find it odd that the format of the server list is different now i.e. lots of non-named locked servers, but other than that, things seem to be in order. | ||

If this is a windows or firewall issue, why does my laptop have a blank list when using my home internet but can connect on my phone's hotspot? No settings changed, but home internet gives blank server list, and hotspot gives tons of LOCKED "servers" but also the real servers and lets me connect.

I am able to get in using EQemu launcher but If I use the bypass (like I normally do) I don't get the lists of servers. Do it this way didn't require me to disable any firewalls...etc. I don't know yet if this is a reliable way or not... really odd.
