That moment when you see your mob fall through a wall when you are deep in a dungeon is so intoxicating though, separates the maggots from the worms when you see who is smart enough to camp w/o being told

I definitely remember specifically avoiding leveling in Unrest in classic because of stuff coming through the walls. The best was dying to random arms punching through walls.

However, I don't remember upper guk having the live zone line mobs run through the walls once someone zones, fall through the world and then port out at the summoner area and path all the way back.
Unrest is one where I haven't had issues on P99. I've killed the Ghoul in the hallway right next to multiple doors before and none of the mobs have come through it. I have had issues in Guk and Befallen like this though, and sometimes in Highkeep.

That is classic EQ from live. Door, wall, floor,roof aggro, oh the good old days.

It seems worse on here by far than it ever was on live, but I understand this is a small staff so not everything can be perfect
