Its been like that forever... there are leveling/feeder guilds and then there are raid guilds... you just found out which kind yours is.
To be honest, if Teal isn't circling the wagons and creating a server-wide alliance going into the merge, none of these guilds are going to stand a chance against Seal Team anyway.
