When Kunark hits Blue will become a ghost town because it will be getting 0 new players and only established players will be left. Fun fact about P99, people burn out and ghost guilds in the raid scene at a high rate. There will be a point in time very soon where people are leaving the server faster than joining it, and we are probably already there.
New players will be forced into an easy choice - join a server where there are people with millions of platinum and have beaten the game 100x over, or join the new server

We'll see. It sounds like it will come down to the convenience of Blue (and blue's 10 year maturity/mud flation) to being on the ground floor of something new and exciting in Green.
Impossible to tell now, but I bet Blue does have a noticeable to serious population hit regardless. Now that might not be a bad thing, but it will happen. | ||

It's going to look like red.
Red players are smart not dumb. When the server ends they call it. Not just stacking BIS toon after BIS toon. Some guys will keep killing dragons just like red.

People are playing both simultaneously - perhaps up to, but not limited to, 25% of the actual green server are logged in on Blue as well. Especially while they LFG on green, or poop sock large skeleton spawn points, or while they await raid rules and other camps on Blue, it’s not that hard to “Gluebox.”
Just gotta be glued to the box... The green dragon has not killed the blue dragon. Alas, they are the same dragon... | ||

Blue was dead this weekend. 500 during peak and 300 or less anything non-peak. Three things happened on Blue this weekend that I never thought I would see.
1). Unrest was empty. There was one point when I was only one in zone and most other times it was under 10. 2). I was in EC for 3 full minutes and did not see a single auction. Not one. And I am not talking 3 am either. This was like 9 pm CST Saturday night. 3). WC rings were abandoned. At approximately 10:30 PM CST I was the only one at the WC druid rings. No groups gathering for a raid or hunt, No druids porting or PotG for donations, ect. I was all alone for five full minutes and then I saw a few peeps port in and run off. But the rings were for all intents and purposes, dead. It was eerie LOL

As far as EC prices go, I doubt they will drop. Prices are always based on supply and demand. Supply is high and demand is low prices drop. Supply is low and demand is high then prices rise. There is less of both. Less sellers and less buyers so my prediction is the prices will stay mostly where they were before greens launch with maybe some prices even going up.
That's just my guess.
