Also, I spent about 3 hours turning EQ's classic Stone UI into an overlay and then inserting my P99 UI elements into the right spots to make it look like it's working. It's janky, but I love it.

It's wonderful, ain't it? First I got a copy of the 1999 EverQuest single disc and installed it. Then I went into the tutorial that came with the disc and screenshotted the UI. I made P99 display in 4:3 as it was meant to be played, then used the UI screenshot as an Overlay so I wouldn't have black bars on the sides or be forced to stretch the game to widescreen like everyone else.

Then I began the long process of individually capturing UI elements from P99 through OBS and displaying them over the OG Stone UI in the places they ought to go. As you can imagine, this doesn't work out well and looks super janky. But, the end result is such that though it is far from perfect, everything works. You can watch me use my skills, watch my health drop when a risk doesn't pay off, etc. The only thing I opted out of is using the parchment scroll background for the chats. I'd rather have them transparent and have more of my game visible.

Honestly, if there was a way to share it, I'd love to, but I don't think there really is.
