Shissar means Sword of the Shissar to me, not Feaverblade, bane of the Shissar. /shrug

According to my (possibly flawed) calcs:

Feaverblade primary, red sword secondary if you don't have SoD's is best agro per second. Nerfing proc hate to 400 max (excluding epic that is 500) really hurt velious weapons.

Other factors to consider: Held stats, DPS, clickies.

This is no longer true due to the February 10th 2019 patch

Haynar: Capped non-damage hate component for out of class procs/clickies to 400 hate.

This was later revised to exclude warrior epic proc.

My warrior has Sword of the Shissar and Epic. I dont think its the best but i will be putting shissar main hand and red blade off hand for aggro now.

This is a good thread. I was too lazy to think about this since the patch. glad to know 2hand war epic is good now. I just assumed WS/Red blade was the new go-to.
