Honestly, I think there just isn't a huge overlap between regular forum-goers and RMTers, and that's why this thread isn't going to have any names anyone has ever heard of.
Anyone who reads the forums regularly knows that RMTers get caught. The people who RMT are typically new to the server and don't read the forums, and so they think P99 is just like live (where RMT is technically banned but lots of people do it and get away with it). In other words, I think the vast, vast majority of RMT buyers are nameless new nobodies, who aren't even worthy of being named or shamed.

On Brell Serilis we had Brell Rants (www.brellrants.net) , and we also had a "Wall of Shame" and would put people up there for all kinds of amusingly fucked up stuff. Walls of shame and shit lists are classic. It's a shame we can't do that here. Server reputations seemed to matter a lot more back then.

All the large tunnel rats appear to be good except,
I haven’t seen Boutik or Caros since the ban, anyone seen them? Caros always seemed fishy to me.. no emotion no small talk, just a robot when it came to tunnel questing.
