Each day will get two scouts. Each scout on that day will be treated the same. For clarity, days are defined by current local time in the Hawaii-Aleutian time zone. If you fail to kill the Captain on your turn, you will lose your next four rotated Scouts, but are free to compete for the others. There are no penalties for exiting the Scout rotation.
