I played a druid and wizard from 99-04 and this was never a thing.

Maybe it was someting to do with the bolt spells. My mage was the last character I put a lot of time into right before I quit. I remember now on my druid putting the camera in third person mode so I could see what I was kiting without having to completely trun around.

Only bolt spells required Los in classic era.

I recall this too, but I believe the restriction was limited to bolt spells.

After stopping, immediately turn very slightly (tap left or right arrow key, A or D).
It's enough for the server to record that you've stopped and your spells won't be interrupted. Otherwise you have to wait like a good second until you cast. | ||
