Before another item gets synthetically inflated (Narandi's Lance)

Heres my take on it. They STILL drop, and will continue to drop. All the patch did was boost the DMG (big deal its pally/sk dps anyways). The number of 55+ chars who can use it did NOT increase with patch. Hence price should remain the same /shrug. But ya got like Boutiktard and friends who (in some twisted mindset) think its now a 100k item.

Why would anyone even want that item with the lvl req 55 on it?

you cant twink with it, and when you can use it - you have access to better or comparable items.

2H weapons better than NLance for warrior:
2H blunt:
Shovel of Harvest, Rocksmasher, Facesmasher, Primal brawl stick
2H slashing:
Twisted steel bastard sword, Meljeldin, Guadralek, Ancient fire etched flamberge, Axe of the Kromzek Kings, Clawed griffon sword, Frostreaver, Primal battle axe and claidhmore
2H Piercing:
Primal war lance

So actually its the only droppable 2H weapon in its class, easy top 15 best 2handers.

Given that the aon has dropped since the beginning of time, aon is super over inflated on price. Anybody willing to spend over 100k on an item that still drops and has dropped since server release is a bit nutty. Id say its a fair trade.

I'm not going to debate the price on an AON but you're fuckin crazy if you think thats a fair trade. The fact is aon is still 200k+ and the lance is already selling for as low as 50k.

I would rephrase that as the lance is still being auctioned as high as 50k by tunnel rats trying to manipulate the market. I guarantee you that not one lance has been sold for anything remotely close to that.


Edit: in before boutik posts from his different forum handles that he in fact has sold many at this price and more. Outright lies are cool though he is just playing the market!

Adjusting the price of an item that has increased in value isn't "manipulating the market." When an item nerf/buff happens ad prices change and vary dramatically at first, because no ones sure how much it ought to be adjusted. Eventually Lance will settle to a stable and reasonable price.

Can confirm this outrageous price is classic. I made millions of pp selling AoN on live well into Omens of War expansion. I'd zone into fear on my monk after a patch, pop my disc to absorb DT, burn golem, and FD before the rest of the zone wrecked me.
