It was at this point I decided to no longer be kind to the casuals as they have extreme short term memory. They did this to themselves, unfortunately.

Get a girlfriend. If you pay attention to her, you will probably seldom play any online games for a while. And, if you take her seriously, you may never play again and then you will be at max level.

The ZEM is to set a low bar for your first girlfriend. It's always easier to get women if you already have a woman. I think your pheromones change or something once the musk of desperation finally dissipates.

I second making sure you arent physically weak. Stay fit. Keep your weight to a healthy range, get into good physical habits, like lifting a few times a week, running every single day. Make sure running up a bunch of flights of stairs doesnt poop you. Don't be one of the useless people in the world. Even if you are over 60 or retired or younger and have health issues there are steps to be taken here to be the best version of you. Theres nothing wrong with keeping a game like EQ in all that either. Time management.

Learn a skill. I hear pruning bonsai trees is marketable.

Have sex. Yoga. Some form of positive spirituality. Work with something that is manly. Get a woman who does not like videogames and nerdy stuff like that. Read good books. Shower every day but dont use soap. Be kind to your family.
Good luck

Taking advice from immersed nerds still playing a 20 year old elf simulator is not likely to be good advice.

That said, go hard on the forums, achieve 100,000+ posts <3

Looking at a nice pair of boobs can be as good for the heart as 30 minutes of cardio exercise. Increase your consumption.

When you get the urge to play EQ, learn a meaningful and worthwhile skill instead like shuffling decks of cards or blowing gum bubbles or coming up with tongue-twisters.

There's a whole world of varied and intense tasks to experience.

Start walking.

Track nutrient and mineral intake. Just to see what you are doing to yourself.

Stop eating commercially produced globalist food sludge. Even if it's something trendy and labled NON-GMO.

Learn to cook your own meals.

Learn Pilates.

Get a job. Make a real savings account.

Make your bed.

100 Pushups!
100 Situps!
100 Squats!
And a 10 minute power-walk!

EVERY! SINGLE! DAY!

(yeah, I'm not running 10km [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.])
