One guy I used to work with went to Vegas, and at the time a lot of people were wearing Yankees baseball hats. He bought it because he wanted a baseball hat.

After the first day there he couldn't wear it anymore because people would ask him baseball things, questions about the Yankees etc... and he thought the first guy who came up to him was a psycho for coming up and talking about baseball randomly.

That's my "baseball hats as fashion" story, and how it backfired. Thanks for reading.
