Seriously, after a thread full of helpful advice in a game where Community is the best thing about it you decide to make a snarky little post like this.

It's funny to actually complain at 34, when you finally get your skeleton illusion spell to vendor/bank in so many city.

As previously stated in this post.

Kill halflings till guards like you and then do the red wine quest. just watch out for the wizards, clerics and even the necromancer guild unless you are in skeleton form.

If you already have call of bones, you should be non kos in neriak, then just turn in a bunch of red wine.

I use Neriak as my base of operations when I'm selling in EC or whatever.

Also if you skele illusion, Grobb, Oggok, and Paineel are non kos.

Kill dogs in warrens and get enough faction to be non-kos without illusion Paineel. Erudites are big fans of cazic thule necromancers, so all you gotta do is get them over the fact that you are an Iksar.

Paineel is not the best base city because it's out of the way but it's nice having a couple cities that don't hate you.
