Alright I'm too lazy to research this atm...but to me I admit it is kind of a mind fuck.

Trump just pointed out something no one else even seemed to consider. That maybe due process comes after gun seizure....like a million other things in our legal system...they don't necessarily let you walk around free until all your due process is completed -- do they?

But why is Trump pushing this unless he actually believes in some form of effective gun control?
