I have seen this office building. It is very impressive and looks nothing at all like Trump Tower. Their only mistake was putting Comic Sans on the front of the building, but we all know how server staff loves to watch the world burn.

I think players have an inherent bias towards helpful fixes, so it makes sense for the devs to have (some degree of) the opposite bias to counter that.
