Yeah it started on Feb 2nd for me also. And it seems to only be for people with Spectrum, besides the one guy who said he had windstream.

Spectrum is TWC, correct? Same here..Greensboro, NC

The problem just started a couple of days ago. Been playing for almost a year now without any problems until now.

To P99 Admins. I am available to help troubleshoot this. Just let me know what you need (traceroute, wireshark pcap capture, etc.)

I should add that the issue now affects ability to enter the game at character selection screen. 2 of 3 times, I have to either kill the game process and retry or wait for time out, which then takes me back to the initial login screen to enter the user name/password.

Having the exact same issue with Spectrum in SoCal. 50/50 whether I crash between zones or even trying to reach character select. Sometimes I can't even see the server list and I get a message telling me I can't connect to the patch server. Also, same as everyone else, it started about a week ago.

Gone back to be really bad tonight (2/6/2018) pretty much all zoning timeout. But its the same with the www.project1999.com website.. hit and miss getting to it.
