First of all, Marx was very wrong, but being pre-Darwin, he could not have accounted for ecological overshoot. Second, the question that stands before us is not one, to my mind, of a capitalism-communism dichotomy. I ask: Are the best countries capitalist? Certainly so, my dude skarlorn, but so are the worst countries. Capitalist dynasties and the so-called Iron Law of Oligarchy are only an expression of the people's true desire for legitimate rule by a right and proper king.
