Reporting in from northwest Houston,

About two feet of water on my street, fast flow through the ditch, we've about two more feet until the house is in danger, having to ration the beer, wake of Karana has been ineffective.

Post a power nap, checking in from Hurricane Harvey,

The water in the road has not increased much due to effective runoff control (wish my previous vehicle, lost in the Tax-day 2016 floods, could say yay!), some poor bastard sank their F-150 in a ditch attempting to make a turn (the vehicular carcass is waiting for its master's return), Karana may have been pleased do to my druid blood, beer is on ration still, liquor supply has increased luckily, and Hurricane Harvey appears to be weakening at a decent rate. That's all for now, pictures if I get th3 gumption to load them.

Drink beer, get laid, get rocked with a hurricane and shitpost freely.

Check8ng from Harvey,

We had a stolpage of rain in the night and all flood waters in my neighbirhood have receded to minimum levels. Roads are still impassable, booze is holding steady, food is still delicious, the F-150 carcass is still waiting, one neighbor has minor water in their home, the other is holding steady with sand-bags, GoT was predictable and entertaining, and all is getting more raind as Harvey moves back to the gulf. There's fixing to be some water releases around the Houston area that are going to put more water into the buyous, sorry downtown and rich folks, but these dams are more important.

Over and out for now.

Yikes! Hope you and yours are safe. When did you leave? This storm has been nuts. I'm in the Tomball area and it's been similar.

My wife doesn't fuck around so she made us leave Friday. Staying at my daughter's out in Katy and for whatever reason this area is fine, even though ~5-10 miles in any direction went underwater after the reservoirs were released
