These seem really really bad compared to other options, ATK or no. Min/Maxing dps on a defensive muppet seems like a waste of time and bag space. And for this argument, it has no practical application for iksars being a poor tank choice.

That's not his argument. He's flexing his epeen that on tank and spank fights with no AoE, no adds, and with rampage handled well, he can be berserk, hit his disc, and out DPS everybody. It's really only useful in, what, 4, maybe 5 fights currently in the game all raids considered? It's a very hard thing to pull off, though, even in optimal situations. I'm sure that there's really only one person who even cares.

No, that's his entire argument in this thread. That his warrior can can more efficiently -not- do it's job (dps on joke targets) literally 1% better due to iksar itemization restrictions. He's a bit of a tard and not someone to take advice from. In other words, I agree with you Samoht.

I haven't once said an Iksar can't do the job or any race is better any one way or the other. If you even cared what I really think I'd tell you to go to the velious fashion page and pick the one you think looks best - how do you think I ended up human?

The point of my post was simply informative and that was lost on you out of some personal bias you think I have which it simply is not the case.

I'd also like to point out that gnomes having 40% haste arm click is likely the best solo warrior.

edit: you also may not be aware that a precision berserk warrior will out dps all other classes on vindi and long recast velious dragon ae's.

I see your point and appreciate the perspective you bring, most people wouldn't even think about the fact iksar warrior can't reach the top dps due to that racial limitation.

I guess more than anything I am impressed he had added this info about iksars and he also brought up the gnome only armor with the haste later that was interesting too.

All things being equal , on a long enough parse , they will naturally of course do more damage. EQ was always about marginal gains otherwise BIS would never have been the big deal it was.

Title of thread should be expanded to Iksar worst race. And we all know Dark Elves make the best warriors.
