I have a soft spot NPC's that are undercon's or are beyond stupid for their level. This little charm pet comes to mind every-time... a level 30 "bard" that has more health than dragons.

Ambassador dvinn.

Probably one of the biggest undercons in the game and if you had the pleasure of leveling in crushbone on classic and p99 he would come out and wreck newbs when overly courageous people would inevitably pull him and emperor Crush out of the tower.
