Is this still a thing? I can't remember the last time I saw a "Bob stole my sword when I asked him to transfer it for me" rant and/or flame. I just assumed it was because the GMs logged all trades and brought the hammer down on anyone (guilded or not) who tried to scam.

find someone tagged in AM, AW, Rustle, etc - anyone in one of these guilds is going to have a lot of accountability around them
All things are connected. A simple IP lookup and they will ban accounts across the ip. So saying that my guild isn't trustworthy is just rude. We pride ourselves on serving the community as much as people say they hate us we are just as viable as any other guild to do a simple transfer.

They do I'm sure, I just don't want to wait for the petition to be worked.

VPNs, dynamic IPs, etc.. doesn't really matter anyway. Never said your guild isn't trustworthy, but the vetting process for new members definitely isn't strict. There's a much lower chance of having your stuff stolen by someone tagged in one of the established high level guilds.

don't bother petitioning, you'll never hear back from braknar about it if an item did fall to the ground and ninja'd.

How dare you?

Everyone knows that ALL wizards and druids are played by exquisite human beings of the most divine and loving nature, trustworthy to the point of being over-trustworthy!

You slander good folk plain and simple here, and should be placed upon a whipping stone and beaten by cattails dipped in hot sauce.

Recant, or be forever known as a blasphemer of the highest order.

good one loramin!

On that note I am going against my fearless guild co-leader here and say I have never lost anything to a drop transfer and I have done LOTS of em. Even though you didn't pick a good spot I feel for ya OP.

TIL.

Do they add it to their inventory? Could OP just go nuts on every mob in the zone and eventually loot their items back?

had a fungi tunic poof from a ground drop transfer due to freak internet loss after logging. was shown no remorse. it's a tough wound to lick but it puts things into perspective on how you enjoy the classic everquest experience.
