The server's run its course. It really does need a reset/wipe.

By now everyone has access too or has a ntov geared toon.

It gets 2 a point where you gotta ask yourself in all honesty: what is the point? Are you playing for the sake of playing or playing for the sake of entertainment (the real reason we all played/play).
