Best work out song for me is "breathing in a new mentality" by underoath. When the breakdown hits I find myself doing super human feats that I just can't seem to do with any other song. It's like I literally enter beast mode.

i dont really listen to hardcore or screamo anymore, but when I did i was always bummed that Underoath was such a christian band.

Seems like any "good" screamo is christianity based.
