Woolyspider the ranger has one....with two lightning swords and fancy ranger hat he looks like a fancy melee wizard! Using magic to enhance his swords and be fancy.

Probably one of the most fancy items in the game for melees who can wear robes.

Does anyone else think that custom iksar helms just looks like a big blob of mud?
