• Some people think using /ignore is conceding victory to the ignored person somehow. Sounds masochistic to me. Whatever floats your boat. ��
• It's too bad we have so many trolls. Is P99 better/worse/pretty much the same as other game-worlds? I've heard LOL and DOTA are full of haters, hyper-critics, and easily-enraged nerds who scream at their teammates. I'm just wondering - are we dealing with the dregs here, or are Redizens not so bad (comparatively)?

The difference is its understandable that more popular games have hyper-critic teenagers, on a game where most people should be 30-40 years old its amazing how much people still wanna throw poop at each other.

Its the whole gaming community. Red99 is not an extreme case nor is it an under whelming case. It's about on par.

It's like driving on the highway without a bunch of people passing you in the right lane then slowing down in the left lane.

It helps a lot to enjoy this game when you don't constantly see a bunch of garbage lies in ooc, or nonstop banter about how soandso won pvp even though he lns'd, bla bla etc.

Don't attack someones psyche over something reasonable.
