I really hope so, but I think that patch came post Luclin release. I loved the Ghoulbane quest

The quest (The Sword of Nobility) will be going in next patch and will still be droppable in our timeline.

Buy a ghoulbane to get you to lvl 30.. sell it and get a SoM. boom

So on p99 it will never be no drop correct? Id hate to buy one and then go no drop. When will the patch be to turn it into a quest?

This is (almost) the correct answer. Even with a crap dex the damage from the proc is pretty huge in the 20-30 range that's perfect for Unrest. Once you get a bit of damage bonus tho ((Lvl-25/3) drop the fraction) the SotM's consistent melee damage is better even in an undead dungeon like LGuk. That proc is damned fun in Unrest tho, plus you'll need a ghoulbane eventually if you want to do your epic, instead of selling just bank it after the SotM becomes more effective at L31+.

Ghoulbane from level 20-50.

Live in Unrest from level 15-45, killing undead and taking advantage of the Ghoulbane proc. And then at level 45 move to Kithicore and live there during the night cycles, doing pretty much the same until level 51.

Lower Guk could work for you but numpty trains might catch you out there.

Thank you for the advice. I just found a great deal on sword of the morning so i bought that to lol. The reason being now i have a good 1hnd sword to use against living creatures as well as one for the dead. I also got a good deal on an arbitors combine great sword so my aresenal is set for a long time. Thanks everyone for your help.
