One day i WILL own all of their products muahahaha.

I'm just recovering from a horrid bought with iron deficient anemia so i have to take things sort of slow. (Blood transfusion and an Iron infusion in 2010 FTW) [You must be logged in to view images. Turbo Jam is a waste IMO. My wife and I did it for awhile and it is nowhere near the intensity of P90x or Insanity. Right now we are doing a p90x Insanity Hybrid and this is nice as it changes up the weaker p90x cardio days. We are also doing p90x plus right after.

BTW how is the Beach Body coach thing going?

I'm just looking for an extra cardio program to go with what i'm already doing - you know? I'm trying to get back up to my old standard of 2 hours of cardio a day :P That means I either do kenpo 2x in a day and the weather is no bueno right now for outdoor excercise.

Thought about joining the Y out of the sheer laziness of being able to just use an elliptical since I can usually put in a good pace and do like 10 miles in the 2 hours per day.

The beach body coach thing is pretty new to me but fitness is not.... Do you drink shakeology or anything?

I'm thinking about it. I've heard nothing but great things about it and apparently people like it - it sells like hotcakes...

I don't do the shakeology thing. I have 2 protein shakes a day one post workout and one before bed but I have no reason to spend the money on shakeology at this point as I drink quality shakes that have no sugar in them. As long as you are consuming less calories than you burn you are in good shape and that is the theory I follow.

Shakeology is just derivied from nutrient dense whole foods and no refined sugars and you can just eat right and get the same effects at a much lower cost.

Your comment has merit. The problem is that the bulk of the population (Even people into fitness (!?!?!?!?!) have no idea how to do that - or they are too lazy to research it. Shakeology is good for those people. IMO.

1. Buy a house
2. Lose from 210 lbs to 190 lbs. (I'm 6'0)
3. Run 6 miles from 3 miles

So far so good.
