why is Druid not on your list?
Cause we all know Halfling druids are the best [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

No contest. They can sneak.

I would say Iksar Monk, Iksar Necro, Ogre Shadowknight, and Ogre/Troll shaman will bring noticeable but hardly game-breaking benefits. Everything else is pretty minimal.

Oh and Iksar Warrior wins fashionquest by a mile.

As a dark elf SK I can say I know its a struggle to get up past 200 stamina (especially when my start points didnt all go stamina)...but I never dealt well with large races, and that iksar 2h sword animation... lol.

No care for min/maxing. If you invest enough time in your character you'll get to the same point as the min/maxers regardless (racial bonuses aside).

One of the most overlooked things IMO:

Clerics can't use the BiS chest unless they are Gnome, Human, High Elf, or Dark Elf.

Gnome is probably the best because they have the easiest time looking through walls. But some argue the snare neck that Dark Elves get is a better advantage.

I remember a thread like this for Kunark around 2 years back. Can we do one Velious? Has much changed?. Along with what to put points into for creation, may come in handy for some folks.

Enchanter : High Elf ( Highest base CHA)
SK : Ogre ( Stun immune )
Warrior : Ogre ( Raids ) - Halfling ( For a duo / trio )
Monk : Iksar ( No contest )
Shaman : Ogre ( At 60 with Torpor ) - Iksar / Troll ( For everything outside of solo )
Necro : Iksar ( No contest )
Here whats wrong with the list:

Enchanter: will have max cha anyway. edit: Dark Elf can break charm with hide -- making them probably the best until you get an item for this (classic a lot harder than Kunark).

SK: Trolls and Iksar regain is probably better than stun from the front immunity. You really don't get interrupted that often. Only in PvP would I consider otherwise.

Warrior: There aren't really any raids where that's important yet.

Monk/Necro: yes, but it doesn't matter nearly as much as most people think for raiding. It's mostly for solo and perhaps a little group.

Shaman: Very debatable -- similar to SK except your more likely to appreciate the frontal immunity.
