I think NTOV was designed for 40-50. I don't see why clearing flurry drakes is harder than fighting the named, just more time consuming (and not nearly as time consuming on Live sans variance).

Tunare and AOW are harder because they were designed to keep Velious relevant even after the next expansion was released. So they are designed for 40-50 in Luclin gear/AAs [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Currently pretty much everything on Project 1999 is overtuned. Except maybe AC; remember classic AC was capped at 289 item AC which is far exceeded by every warrior.

The answer is play a dwarf Paladin with charisma gear for pulling and get a snare weapon. Be cool. Do it all!
