Alvin Toffler described this in Future Shock. A point where we have too much information to sift through to make decisions (this is a simplified version). Bertrand Russell foresaw a society of learned experts or technocrats that would oversee the scientific dictatorship (his words not mine)because as scientific knowledge accumulates fewer people can take the time to study or understand more than one subject and eventually even then it will just breakdown further into subcategories of expertise.

Geoengineering is going on, all one needs to do is look up in the sky on a regular basis(major cities especially) to study the difference between a contrail, chem trail, and a normal natural fluffy cloud. Like someone said earlier on this "i can't cure lazy". All of the information needed on the subject is available, sorry if it makes you sad inside to know they are spraying us like sheep. But it is a fact the US government has sprayed it's own citizenry with all kinds of things including known diseases.

I understand your dodging though, if it's true (and it is) your favorite politicians may be involved (and are, directly or indirectly). And it's not entirely "conspiracy" when you have government documents saying they do it (as I linked). The only question right now is just how they do it, and it's not really a question, we know. They think they are saving the world, and that's misguided. Well they think a lot of things though, it's a multi-use program, and quite possibly a huge money sink in the trillions.
