lol that gif is hillarious. luckily 12k is nothin to sweat over, but at the time it was all my money ( was in a noob in rags, sub 60).

But in reguards to the OOR dispelling, ya GMs opinions seem to differ. I have screenshots with Llandris saying lots of the rules have grey area and require GM interpretation. I DO however know that Empire got my wiz suspended within minutes when I was nuking giants at the ring 10, and I have also seen screenshots of Sirken saying its fair game as long as anyone is in range. So ya, I dunno...

Let's be honest. OOR dispelling slows off mobs isnt realllly pvp.

But it's fun to see people do it, it's goog 2 see that it took ex empire(pve champs) to sprout the nuts the core <friends> lacked. I see that as the irony of the situation tbh.
