Why red99 sucks

Most people on Red seem to play on it for the drama and stirring up sh!t in ooc. It doesn't help that most pks are either deleveled or twinked to godlike status.

So people act surprised when a virtual recreation of the streets of Detroit isn't popular while having no interest in organized, balanced and refereed PVP events akin to extremely popular sports like football on Sunday's.

I love when new people join the server and don't understand the last people playing are the same 50 neckbeards that have been killing each other over and over for the last five years.

Red is filled with a bunch of eq bullies, they tend to have more experience, knowledge and gear. Their only goal is to make your characters life a living hell. This is why the red population is so low, nobody wants to deal with the stress and amount of effort it requires to compete. Life goes on.

I've casualled my way from 1-59 on 3 chars.

The whole "bully" thing is vastly overstated.

content is stale, staff support seems at an all-time low, a wipe could be incoming based on current pop, all current content has been beat.. are my reasons to no longer log in

While the hardcore that still cling to the server are the bullies you describe they aren't to be blamed, in fact without them server would struggle to break 20 online I am sure
