Int vs Sta, look at it this way. How often is the amount of Int you have the deciding factor in whether you live or die. What about Sta? Does the fact that you'll be eating wizard nukes and backstabs every now and then affect that? Answer that question for yourself.
You aren't going to max either Sta or Int if you're wearing strength and resist gear like you should, so don't worry about that blue optimization bullshit here. Knowledge > Strategy > Skill > Resists > Race > stats. | ||

Easy Lee I understand but when you'rr level 60 with Best in slot. it does't matter the stats your inital race picked. That regen and robe with +20 stats will matter though.
Vs races cant equip that op shit. (on blue who fucking cares) | ||

Don't plan for fucking level 60 and full velious gear. That's stupid. The amount of time you'll be playing after finally having ALL the gear is infinitesimal compared to the journey to get there.
You're playing on a red server so I don't know why you're asking "hps or mana guys?" Or whatever plan for lvl 60 and full velious. You'll be totally sorta better in 6mos+. Server gonna be swingin then! | ||

You guys are insane, must have been a long time since you all had or seen velious raid gear. Play what you want mate, empire sks get decked very quick (shit rots all the time). Multiple sks now with nearly 200+ to every resist and max str/sta via self buffs. If you don't ever plan to raid, and you want to min max, troll prolly your best bet.
