It's also camped harder than AC in Oot. Willowisps are better exp and plat if that's the goal, even when they go green.
Willow wisps require running around however. With sisters you just plunk ur fat ugly butt down at one static spot. Ideally though getting through the teens,. Greater Lightstones is the fastest method I know of atm. (post gnoll teeth nerf) Plus it adds plat to ur bank. Problem is the farming of those lightstones. But if you have an alt who has thousands of plat,. buy 8 full bags of greater lightstones and watch that exp bar fly. I just hope the poor sap who farmed them felt it was worth the time and effort.

There is also bandits in west karana you can kill for sashes to turn in, in qeynos. But you can't buy those from players. though if you had a high level friend smash the bandits for a few hours it would be a nice turn in exp reward.

Willowisps are everywhere in NK, sit at the guard tower and they path right by. Kill them as fast or slow as you want without worrying about a gnome mage getting up your butt about the camp every fifteen minutes or getting murdered by a brownie or lawyered out of your camp while you crawl to the vendor with bags of bronze. Turn in lightstones as you get them at the camp that is 30 feet away and fill your bags with GLS to turn in all at once.

I do it on all of my toons, untwinked, and it's great every time. Whenever I try anything else at those levels, I always find it's not as good as wisps until 18.

Right, forgot this was someone from blue. It's always(nearly) open on red, and if it's camped its by only one person who usually doesn't mind having a partner.

Moral of the story, play on red.

If it was as great as you say it is, the constant red spam in every forum wouldn't be necessary and the server would be populated by its merits alone. It's only had what, 4 years to mature now?

Unrest is hard to get to if you don't know where it is or how to path the shore to it. Best to ask someone to guide you there.

Once you do make it there, you realize it's not hard to find, impossible to miss. Mostly you just skim the shore on the right side, constantly looking for and dodging wandering mobs. Big hole in the mountain opposite end of the lake just past the goblin tents. Expect to die now and again, a couple nasty mobs along the way can get you if not paying attention.

A cleric can solo Unrest perfectly fine, if decent gear for it. Better to group though, but can solo while you wait for a group. Don't hang out at the entrance, deadly trains are common. One of the best zones in EQ, especially the basement imo http://wiki.project1999.com/The_Estate_of_Unrest
Good loot too, I still use my dwarven work boots.

One of the Cleric quests includes killing and looting the undead brewer there (for preserved hops), for http://wiki.project1999.com/Brell_Serilis_Symbol_Quests

oh and on that note, you don't really need to run there. Bind just inside the cave ent at the lake. Not at the mouth of the cave, but just a little inside as mobs don't normally path there (that one goblin stops at the cave ent). imo it's easier to gate there and then run back to bb when needed, easier to see wandering mobs imo. Only tricky part is at the bb ent side, much caution there when running back and over that last big hill (can get swarmed), otherwise you have a good LoS along the lake edge all the way back. Oh and often in groups, if you have a drui etc. you can get ports back, then just gate on the return.
