Oh yeah I remember that guy. Was on the news when he died in a sauna in Thailand due to a congenital heart defect or something.

Prolly roid induced tbh; these days the big thing is peptides. Me and my bro won't touch that shit with a barge pole. Who needs drugs and shit when you got good genetics.

Peptide is just another name for branch chain amino acids, and I wouldn't say they're any more popular than they've ever been. They're a vital part of growing muscle tissue.

You are 100% correct , although it is banned from competitive sporting. I was considering peptides at one point but tbh don't need that shit, my body is still pretty responsive to exercise and diet.

Shit, really? Chicken, beans, fish, eggs, soy protein ect all have BCAAs in them. Are you saying isolates specifically are banned?

When I started taking BCAAs and creatine in addition to whey I blew the fuck up. I put on muscle fairly well with just diet and lifting, but those made a huge difference in size and strength. It's like roids jr without the small testicles and PMS.

Yeah this sounds misleading. A peptide is not a BCAA.

A peptide is a series of amino acids in a specific sequence. Once you sequence the amino acids it is no longer called an amino acid, and is now a peptide. BCAAs can be part of a peptide.

Different peptides do different things. Outside of professional competition nobody really uses peptides unless they are trying to become pro. In the early 2000s most guys would be quicker to add insulin to a program than mess around with peptides. Sounds like its the reverse now since peptides are getting mentioned on an elfsim forum, so Im a little out of touch.
