It's not a Proc but sow katana from VP is pretty much the king of weapon buffs. Shamans VP hammer p good too. Bard epic is amazing... primals aren't bad. There's a SK lich line proc sword from SS I think. Embalmers skinning knife was my favorite utility item from live as a rogue who refused to not solo.
Probably a ton of fun new ones in Velious from raids.. maybe.
Edit : skinning knife procs you a stack of no rent bandaids. Wouldn't spend a ton on it. But god it's a neat weapon to have.

Call of bones sword from yelinak might as well not exist. Think 2 have dropped on the server so far. One went to an SK who is now inactive and the other went to somebody's alt because me and brut weren't there.
