Average shaman (easily obtainable or cheap buyable items by just about anyone). When Sol Ro hits the totemic helm would replace runed circlet.

Pimp Shaman (about as good as you can get non-planes with enough wis to focus on hp/mana/ac items) PKT isn't really accessable yet but it is the ultimate wisdom item should Bilge be found eventually.
