I feel like the server is to old to support life anymore. It's just like an old wheezing geezer on a ventilator getting pumped full of air every so often.

There's no incentive to group. The people who aren't already 60+ with 60+ toons are all retired, playing r99 or AFK in the tunnel.

And there's just no challenge, excitement or sense of adventure. It's just a long boring grind with the occasional gnome running right through the middle of your camp to get to iceclad.

I couldn't disagree more, I've been here since 2011 and I still meet new, excited players and go places I've never been. p99 is incredible and remains so, just don't let the old-fag get to you and you'll be fine.

Didn't read most of thread. Is OP implying its somehow easier to solo level on Blue than Red with unclassic massive exp bonus and literally nobody else around that can contest the best exp camps?

My Unrest group tonight consisted of myself (nonfungi but twinked bard) 2 casters in rags, a cleric in bronze......and a best in slot fungitwink druid AND shammy.

This has been my average experience on blue the past month.

Last week when I tried playing Red99 there were 13 people in Mistmoore. Eleven of those 13 players were best in slot fungitwink soloers. And one of them was a BIS fungitwink delevel PKer, wielding a Claw of Lightning and several 100 hp 15 sv all NToV loots.

Well if video games are causing you emotional distress you could try getting a life. Also there are no level 60+ PC's. The maximum level for a player character is 60.
