You had no idea what was going on and just came in and made a ruling with little to no investigation. I know you are new around here but maybe take the time to investigate shit and your attitude in this thread is atrocious for a CSR. I'd love to know what your actual play experience on this server was before submitting that guide app because LOL at that trigger shit.
